    QuickTime movie infoWritten by most phones when the file is saved. Accurate to about a second on iPhones and newer Androids.

    Container timestampsGeneric tags the camera wrote into the file header. Precision and accuracy vary widely by camera.

    File modified dateThe last time your operating system touched the file. Used only as a last resort — it's often off by minutes or hours.
